We are on the road again- traveling I-10 west towards new Orleans. It seems that it took us all morning to get out of town- especially after spending 30 minutes trying to get fat cat Samantha out from under our king size bed to put her in The Beast. We were all stressed by the end of that ordeal. And as before- we are overpacked- but this time in the freezer area. We shut off the big freezer in the house- and of course had to bring everything we could stuff into The Beast with us- unfortunately much of it is in a small electric cooler defrosting as we speak. We will be eating or making something with much of this over the next week. I am typing this online- yes I spent the money for Verizon mobile broadband- and we are riding while I am blogging- now I am happy. All that is left is to get the small cooler's connection out of my plug area so I don't have to run this laptop on battery.
