Well, it's Sunday, and a little over 36 hours before we're supposed to start this extravaganza. Are we ready..of course not. Yes, we do our best work under pressure; and yes, we're close to that pressure point now; and yes, we've got all the storage "hacks" done, all the clothes put away, most of the freezer full and the whole camper rearranged..but we're not there. We've been distracted with grandchildren, kids looking for a new house, a parent needing reassurance and our own ability to put off so we can enjoy now! Tomorrow is the real test..since the dog needs a health certificate, I need my teeth cleaned and MIL needs a new nightlight. Will we make it, who knows! Either way, we stopped for the evening, went to dinner and I even enjoyed a couple of wonderful Old Fashions. May get very little done the rest of the night, lol. And since I now have a new drink, I have to add angostura bitters and cherries to my list of things to pick up tomorrow. It just never ends.......Oh, and sugar cubes. Anyone know where I can still get sugar cubes?
